In this video we explain how to bridge "cross chain" tokens from the Polygon chain "network" to the Avalanche chain "network" with the Relay multi chain bridge. Switch to Polygon. Open swap. Now we select the wrapped Avax token. Then we select the amount to transfer. Next we click on the destination chain, which is Avalanche and press transfer. Once this windows shows up we approve the transfer. Metamask will show up and we click confirm. Then start transfer. Now we switch networks from Polygon to Avalanche and confirm in Metamask. We press the swap tab and it will take us to Trader Joe's website. Now we connect Metamask wallet . Now that we receive the bridge transfer we will swap wAVAX to AVAX. ...
